PLANNING AND DESIGNING

Preparation of layout plan alternatives incorporating client’s specific requirements, for primary selection of themes and concepts.

Upon selection of a suitable alternative, preparation of necessary working drawings for execution (including civil work modifications, if any) and a preliminary estimate of cost.

a. Designing and detailing of individual units of furniture, partitions, paneling, false ceiling, etc. to suit the decor, and issue of working details for execution.

b. Preparation of detailed schedule of specifications and quantities and detailed estimation of cost.

c. Calling of quotations from Item Rate/ Labour contractors for execution of the Interior work.

d. Scrutiny of quotations received, screening and verification of contractors' competency and submission of recommendation report for contract agreement.

EXECUTION AND SUPERVISION

Upon assignment of the works contract, periodic essential supervision of the work and maintenance of quality control.

Scrutiny and certification of contractors' bills for payment.

Consultancy services for the selection of allied components of the interior decor, such as tapestry, upholstery, carpeting, internal painting, flooring and cladding, if any, specialised lighting, indoor plants, art, artifacts, murals etc.

Co-ordination of work of all agencies involved in furnishing, electrification, air-conditioning, civil work etc. and ensuring proper completion. Preparation and issue of Record drawings of all work executed for future reference.

When we booked our flats we reached out to Arch. Kaustubh Chivate to get the design done. He and his team immediately did visit and came up with initial required changes which needs to be done during construction. Then Kaustubh and his team prepared multiple interior decoration options as per our need in 3D Image software. 3D imaging really gave a clear picture of how our home will look like. Once we got the possession, team started working on it and completed interior work within 2 months and within quoted budget. The quality of material used is very good. It is so beautifully done that all our relatives and friends have appreciated it. Personally I like the way Mr. Kaustubh has given personal attention to even smaller things so much that after started living we have not faced a single issue and things are designed so well that it is very convenient and easy to manage and maintain.
