AN OUTLINE OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR CIVIL WORK

  • Preliminary planning and designing of the proposal to incorporate the given requirements and preparation of sketch designs for primary selection.
  • Refining, detailing, and developing these elected alternative and preparing the final design for final approval.
  • Necessary follow-up actions for obtaining official approval and sanction to the proposal from authorities.
  • Organizing subsequently officially certified copies of approved building plans, with these all and stamp of the local authority.
  • Preparation of essential working drawings and working details for issue to construction agencies and other Consultants during construction.
  • Preparation of schedules of item quantities, framing and writing of detailed specifications and estimation of project cost.
  • Preparation & Inviting Tenders for award of construction contract of the project, on behalf of the client, optionally, if required.
  • Scrutiny & evaluation of Tenders and preparation of reports, with recommendations.
  • Obtaining Interim Clearance Certificate from the Local Authority at Plinth level, optional if required.
  • Periodicconsultancyservicesinrespectofmaterials,&finishesintheaestheticinterest of the project.
  • Certification of project Completion and optionally organizing the final official Certificate of Occupancy for the project from the Local Authority.

When we booked our flats we reached out to Arch. Kaustubh Chivate to get the design done. He and his team immediately did visit and came up with initial required changes which needs to be done during construction. Then Kaustubh and his team prepared multiple interior decoration options as per our need in 3D Image software. 3D imaging really gave a clear picture of how our home will look like. Once we got the possession, team started working on it and completed interior work within 2 months and within quoted budget. The quality of material used is very good. It is so beautifully done that all our relatives and friends have appreciated it. Personally I like the way Mr. Kaustubh has given personal attention to even smaller things so much that after started living we have not faced a single issue and things are designed so well that it is very convenient and easy to manage and maintain.
